No, Sajonari doesn’t own a manufacturing unit. We source our products directly from the artists and weavers, mostly from the villages to promote the art and help them avail a sustainable lifestyle. That is to connect weavers and wearers. We bring you regional specialties on an international platform.

Not all Sarees are handmade ,yes we at Sajonari encourages the work of local weavers and artists and ensures that handloom never goes out of style! We make sure that the handmade element, as well as the work, is maximised in every saree that is offered via us.

Just go to my account and scroll down for ‘my orders’ section. Here you can find the status of your order. You will also receive an email or SMS to notify you of your order being dispatched and reaching near you.

Our products are usually handcrafted and handloom, so, no products can be similar. However, if you have liked a product which is not in stock, just let us know and we will try our best to make that product available for you. You will be notified via email, phone call or SMS.

Our website is SSL encrypted and we don’t store any card-related information with us. We use third-party solution provider to make sure that your transactions are safe and secure.

Not really as you can shop and proceed with your order as a guest shopper.

Depending on domestic and international shipping, you need to pay GST and other taxes. There won’t be any unnecessary and additional charges but only the taxes that are as directed by the Government of India.

Except Mumbai, Thane ,We need at least 5 to 7 business working days if the product is available to us. If it not available then it can take about 10 to 15-day to dispatch it. In case of bulk orders, we can take even longer to process the order. However, you will be duly posted on the progress of your order with us, as soon as there is a change in the status of the order.

Yes, only the items in stock will be dispatched in one order.

Currently, only one shipping address can be processed for a single order. You need to place another order for a different address.

Shipping FREE in India.

We will notify the shipment details on your contact details when your order is shipped. You can also email or call our customer care. 

Be it international or domestic shipping, a delivery attempt will be made 3 times. If for any reason such as due to address, or failed delivery attempt or refused to entertain by a recipient, it will be returned to us and marked as an undelivered.

Currently, we are accepting payments via google pay, net banking, debit cards and credit cards. Cash on Delivery is also accepted on select products.

Billing address can’t be changed post the order. If you want to change the billing address beforehand, go to my account section and use the edit option. In order to process your credit card, it should be same as your credit card’s billing address.

Returns are only eligible for select products. If the product is eligible for the returns, the request should be made within 2-days of order. Please note that shipping charges won’t be refunded. Also for details please refer to our Return Policy.

All the refunds are notified by emails and SMS. You can check the refund on your next billing cycle of debit or credit card.
